After Work Has Started: Once active work (design, development, or planning) begins, cancellations will be considered, but refunds will be issued only for undelivered portions after deducting the value of work completed to date. This ensures fair compensation for resources and time already invested.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be provided in the following cases:

Project Not Started: A full refund if no work has commenced.

Non-Delivery of Services: If Flowrush is unable to start or complete the agreed service due to internal operational issues.

Duplicate Payments: If a verified duplicate payment or billing error occurred, the excess amount will be refunded promptly.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

Work already completed, delivered, or approved.

Changes of mind or internal business strategy after work has started.

Delays caused by lack of timely feedback, content, or approvals from the client's side.

Third-party costs (e.g., premium plugins, hosting, domains) — such costs are subject to third-party policies and are not controlled by Flowrush Technologies.

5. Ongoing Services & Retainer Work

For monthly retainers or ongoing support services, cancellations require written notice (typically 30 days). Services rendered during the notice period are billable, and pre-paid fees for future months will be reviewed for possible refund or credit adjustments based on actual service usage.
